
Marci Arredondo
Of Counsel AttorneyMarci A. Arredondo has been practicing law for eighteen years and is both an experienced litigator and counselor. Arredondo has litigated both criminal and civil jury trials and has handled over fifty evidentiary hearings concerning various management issues.
After graduating from law school in 2007, Arredondo started her career at the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted cases involving DUIs, domestic violence, and child abuse allegations before jurors and judges.
In 2009, Arredondo began working for the City of Stockton Attorney’s office where she focused on defending management in its decisions concerning all things related to a governing municipality. This assignment involved litigating discrimination claims under both federal and state law jurisdictions where she successfully defended management in all matters related to employment and contractual obligations. She has also litigated jury trials involving dangerous conditions; municipal code violations; and a 1983 civil rights case.

Arredondo has a passion for both protecting and advocating management rights. She is admitted to the California Eastern District Court, Third District California Court of Appeals and has litigated in multiple jurisdictions to include: San Joaquin County, Sacramento County, and Placer County.
In her spare time, Arredondo enjoys wine-tasting with her husband and spending time with her three adult children.
