Estate planning is a strategic process that allows you to make important decisions regarding your assets, finances, healthcare, and legacy. An estate plan is not just for end-of-life matters; an estate plan gives you control over matters throughout your life.
A comprehensive estate plan goes beyond drafting a will. It can include these documents: last will and testament, pour-over will, revocable living trust, irrevocable trust, testamentary trust, special needs trust, durable power of attorney, and a range of healthcare documents such as advanced healthcare directives and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) authorizations.
An estate plan allows you, not a probate court, to make important decisions. If you don’t have an estate plan, the state of California has legislated one for you and your assets under the laws of intestacy. This cookie-cutter, default plan may not align with your wishes and could burden your family with unnecessary expenses and time-consuming processes.
Our mission is to guide you through every step of the way as we work together to create an estate plan to suit your needs. An estate plan provides peace of mind by ensuring that your wishes will be carried out and your loved ones will be provided for.

Roseville, California
Roseville is a delightful city in Placer County within the Sacramento Metropolitan Area, with a population hovering around 150,000 residents. Do you know how Roseville got its name? While there are a variety of theories as to how Roseville got its name, Mrs. Cassie Tomer Hill, one of the city’s earliest residents, seems to have the most compelling one. According to Hill, the name was chosen because of the abundance of wild roses that bloomed in the ravines in and around Roseville. Evidence for this can be found in early newspapers, where comments refer to the wild flowers in the vicinity of Roseville. The term Roseville first appeared in newspapers during the presidential election of 1864.
