If you don’t have an estate plan, your property will be distributed according to state law. This may not be what you want and can lead to family disputes over inheritance. It’s important to remember that everyone should have an estate plan, regardless of how much money or property they have.
Was going in for heart surgery in a week and needed an Estate Plan ASAP!
